Clyde and Clyde North — experienced back pain care is a straight run up Clyde Road.
Last reviewed: May 2025
Clyde and Clyde North are among the fastest-growing pockets in Casey, and the demographics show up clearly in the clinic. This is a young-family area of new estates — which means a lot of the back pain we see here is load-related rather than degenerative: parents lifting toddlers and prams a hundred times a day, people moving into and setting up new homes, and long commutes out of a corridor where local employment has not yet caught up with housing. We're under 10 minutes up Clyde Road, which for most Clyde North residents is closer than anything in their own suburb.

The assessment is a full lumbar and pelvic examination — posture, movement quality, joint mobility, and neurological screening where symptoms warrant it. With the young-family presentations, a large part of the value is in the lifting mechanics: how you take a child out of a car seat, which side you habitually carry on, and how to unload the joint during the parts of the day you cannot avoid. Treatment combines joint mobilisation or manipulation, soft tissue release, and progressive loading built to fit into a day that has no spare hour in it. Acute cases typically improve within 4–6 sessions.
