These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RISE Sports & Spinal website at risesportsandspinal.com.au and your engagement with our osteopathic services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.

Appointments can be made online via our Cliniko booking system or by phone. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time where it is clinically inappropriate to continue.

All osteopathic services are provided by Steven Eskaf, registered with the Osteopathy Board of Australia under AHPRA. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment and are not a substitute for medical advice from your GP or specialist. RISE Sports & Spinal does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 000.

Fees are payable at the time of each consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit card. Private health rebates are processed on the spot via HICAPS where your cover includes osteopathy. Fees may change from time to time; current fees are displayed at the clinic and on our booking system.

Rebates are determined by your individual policy and health fund. We cannot guarantee or predict the rebate amount you will receive. Contact your health fund to confirm your entitlements before your appointment if needed.

If you are attending on a WorkCover or third-party insurance claim, it is your responsibility to confirm approval prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to seek payment from you directly if a claim is rejected or not approved.
