Who we see from Officer
Officer is split between tradespeople working long, physical days and commuters spending hours on the M1. The trades side comes in with tight lower backs, shoulders and forearms from lifting and overhead work; the commuters with stiff necks, upper backs and hips. Sports massage, with deep tissue work where it suits, helps with both.
What a session involves
